Please observe the following deadlines upon submitting forms and entries.
We kindly ask you to keep the mentioned deadlines, as it will greatly help us in the preparations of accommodation and food for all the participants of our event.

Preliminary entry (on-line system):	31 March 2018
Accommodation reservation (on-line system):	31 March 2018
Deposit 40% of accommodation payment deadline:	30 April 2018
Remaining amount payment deadline:	8 July 2018

Food allergies and intolerances announcement deadline:	8 July 2018
Catering guidelines needs to be sent to the Organizing Committee	31 March 2018
