Accommodation for Teams 2018

Reservation of the official hotels can be made only through the Organizing Comittee.  You are kindly requested to book your accommodation using the online system at www.rowingracice.com    
This needs to be done no later than 31 March 2018. Changes regarding the accommodation will be accepted only if made by the online system.   

All federations will received the registration code to the online system by email by the end of January 2018.

The availability of the lodging places in the various categories is limited, therefore the confirmation of reservation is sent on the first comes – first served basis.

 Price includes:    
 - accommodation    
 - full board (three meals per day) with a choice of lunch at the hotel or venue
 - Prague´s airport transfer to/from the official hotels
 - shuttle bus service connecting the regatta course and the official hotels during access period    
  This will be available to all accredited persons who have booked  accommodation through the OC.
    
Cancellation policy:    
 - notification before 31 March, 2018: no cancellation fee
 - notification from 1 April till 8 July, 2018: 50% refund
 - notification after 8 July, 2018: no refund
    
Payment conditions:    
 - a deposit of 40% of total amount: before 30 April, 2018
 - the remaining amount: 8 July, 2018 at least

The currency of the account is Euro so please make sure that your payment is in Euros. Please do not forget about the transaction fees. It is your responsibility to pay these extras when transferring money to our bank account. 

Payment at the Accreditation Centre:    
Payment is possible also at the Accreditation Centre upon your arrival either in cash – EURO or by the credit card (VISA, VISA ELECRON, MASTERCARD, MAESTRO).

Please note: cash payment on site is only possible up to EUR 10.000. An amount of over EUR 10.000 must be paid by National Federation ( Team manager, Secretary general, etc) directly to the bank account of the Beneficiary at the local bank (Česká spořitelna a.s., Štětí or Česká spořitelna a.s., Roudnice nad Labem)

Upon arrival the hotels may request a deposit according to a size of teams directly from the individual as guarantee for any eventual damage caused or any extra service. The hotel will refund the deposit on departure deducting minus the actual cost incurred!

• Less than 10 people – damage deposit 200 EUR
• 11 – 20 people – damage deposit 400 EUR
• More than 21 people – damage deposit 500 EUR

The Organizing Committee does not take any responsibility for any extra services of the hotels, like mini bar, telephone, parking, laundry etc. These costs are directly collected by the official hotel.
